Georgia: mountains, wine and a road we should not have driven
The plan
Tbilisi, Kakheti wine region, then the mountains.
What actually happened
The military highway took six hours instead of three, we arrived in fog, and the next morning the clouds cleared onto the best view of any trip we've done.
Vinay wanted
Kazbegi, the ridge church, and every switchback in between.
Aditi wanted
Wine, long lunches, and a balcony in Tbilisi.

Endless. Vegetarian food in Georgia is genuinely excellent.

Qvevri wine. Buy a bottle, you won't find it later.
